I am the man with the finger on the Pulse for Great Life and Health. I am searching the web constantly (hence the spider man outfit) looking for ways we can Share the Great Life and Health message.

But here's my story in under 30 seconds …

I love the world, am an optimist and a realist (huh?)

A few years ago I took on a quest … A quest that began when I had a life breakdown. I stayed in the 4 small walls of my bedroom for ages and wouldn't get up. Life was just too hard.

My world closed in on me, I couldn’t eat, drink, sleep and was too scared to get out and face the world. I felt like a failure.

When I was in that state, I realized there was so much more to life. I thought "Stuff it" and decided to get out there and do something about it.

Ever since those lonely days and nights in my bedroom in a state of Stress and Anxiety, I have come to the understanding that "life is great" and I decided to show others why.

That my friends is my quest, my challenge in life … To show You why life is great.
